You would be right to believe there has been a dramatic transformation in the landscape at head office, with Stage 2 of the Cultural Connection Centre now in full swing. Progress has been rapid and highly visible, with all structural steel now completed, the main roof installed, and suspended drainage works finalised. Approximately 50% of the flooring has already been laid—although by the time you read this, that figure will no doubt have climbed even higher.
What is most striking is the pace of change. Each day brings a new milestone or reveal, giving a real sense of momentum as the project takes shape. The scale of the development is becoming increasingly apparent, not just in its physical footprint but in the level of detail and coordination involved across every stage of the build.
From head office, we are fortunate to have a front-row view of the action. It’s a unique vantage point that allows us to watch the transformation unfold in real time—from major structural works through to the finer details now beginning to emerge. You can already see where a dedicated passageway will soon link the main building directly to the centre, creating a seamless connection between the spaces and bringing the overall vision closer to reality.
There’s a real sense of anticipation as the project continues to evolve, with each day adding another layer to what will be a significant and lasting addition to the site.
Watch this space! There is plenty more to come.
