Administration Support Officer

Provide administrative support across the Yorta Yorta Traditional Owner Land Management Board, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, meetings, records and stakeholder communications. This role works closely with team members, community representatives, government agencies and project partners to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include document management, scheduling, reporting support, correspondence, data entry and general office administration. The position plays an important role in supporting projects, governance activities and the effective delivery of programs across the organisation.

Manage and preserve culturally significant records, supporting truth-telling, repatriation, and community access to Yorta Yorta history and knowledge systems.

Support the protection and management of cultural heritage, including coordinating heritage assessments, site monitoring, and Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) functions.
