VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR – FULLTIME

Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation (YYNAC) now has the following vacancy.

Human Resources Advisor – Fulltime

The HR Advisor is responsible for providing professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff on

a broad range of human resources matters. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation maintains high

standards in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy compliance.

 

Day to Day operation include but are not limited to:

 

Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, awards, and legislation

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Support performance management and disciplinary processes in line with YYNAC policies

Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls

Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer, and variations

Assist the HR Support Officer to coordinate training and development initiatives

Support organisational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies

Liaise with payroll on HR-related matters affecting employee pay and entitlements

Provide general support to HR projects and initiatives as required.
