Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation (YYNAC) now has the following vacancy.
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff on
a broad range of human resources matters. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation maintains high
standards in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy compliance.
Day to Day operation include but are not limited to:
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, awards, and legislation
• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes in line with YYNAC policies
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls
• Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer, and variations
• Assist the HR Support Officer to coordinate training and development initiatives
• Support organisational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies
• Liaise with payroll on HR-related matters affecting employee pay and entitlements
• Provide general support to HR projects and initiatives as required.
