On 23 September 2023, the SGM was held pursuant to the notice of meeting dated 21 August 2023 sent to the members.

A quorum of 12 members representing 6 different family groups at the SGM. Both resolutions were passed by the members who attended and voted at the meeting and Robert Buggy and Chris Cooper ceased to be directors of the organisation as of 23 September 2023.
